Wellness has many meanings. Being well is a very subjective and personal experience. Many see it as the absence of disease or having abundant energy or living life to the fullest. For the purpose of a general definition, Wellness refers to the best that we can be physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. To achieve optimal wellness is to begin a process that is defined by awareness, education and growth.
